NCPRE hosted two solar PV experts as a part of IIT Bombay’s Distinguished Visiting Professorship programme. They were Dr. Rajiv Arya (solar industry veteran and past CEO of Moser Baer Solar) and Dr. Lawrence L. Kazmerski, Emeritus Scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), USA, who stayed for 7 weeks and 3 weeks respectively. Both of them gave lectures at part of the post-graduate course on Photovoltaic Power Plants, and interacted deeply with NCPRE faculty and students during their extended stays.
