NCPRE’s deep-tech start-up ART-PV India participated in
Bharat Innovates 2026 at IIT Gandhinagar, organized by
Ministry of Education and Office of the Principal Scientific
Adviser, Government of India. There were in total 1000+
entries and the top 400 were asked to present their idea to
experts for final round of selection for top 100 deep-tech
startup, which will be going to France to showcase the
innovations of India. ART-PV's team showcased cutting-
edge progress in "Silicon-Perovskite Tandem Solar-cell
Technology" with efficiency exceeding 30%, reflecting their
commitment to advancing high-efficiency, next-generation
solar solutions developed in Bharat for Bharat and beyond.
The start-up is incubated at IIT Bombay’s Society for
Innovation & Entrepreneurship (SINE).
ART-PV also
acknowledges Ministry of New and Renewable Energy
(MNRE), Maharashtra Institution for Transformation
(MITRA), Aarti Industries Ltd., Excel Innovators & Integrators
for their support and being part of the journey to make
commercial scale silicon perovskite tandem solar cells.
